Residence Permit by Entrepreneurship (PR)

• Color photograph 3.5×4.5 cm (digital format).
• Copy of passport (main page and page with entry stamp to Serbia).
• Copy of the white card.
• Health insurance.
• Diploma with court translation of the main page (grades do not need translation).
• Copy of the decision and confirmation (potvrda) on company registration.
• Extract from the APR (Business Registers Agency).
• Copy of the apartment rental agreement (must include all family members).
• Copy of the real estate cadastre extract (list nepokretnosti) or purchase agreement.
• Copy of the read ID card (očitana lična karta) of the landlord.
• Registration permission from the landlord.
• Bank statement showing sufficient funds (min. 1500 EUR per person).
• State fee payment: 26,740 RSD per person (22,460 + 2,120 + 1,788) + 449.20 RSD online commission. Please note: state fees may change.

Residence Permit by Real Estate

• Color photograph 3.5×4.5 cm (1 piece).
• Copy of passport (main page and page with entry stamp to Serbia).
• Copy of the white card.
• Health insurance.
• Autobiography in Serbian (court translation not required).
• Copy of the real estate cadastre extract or purchase agreement.
• Bank statement showing sufficient funds (min. 1500 EUR per person).
• State fee payment: 26,740 RSD per person (22,460 + 2,120 + 1,788) + 449.20 RSD online commission. Please note: state fees may change.

Residence Permit by Family Reunification (Spouse)

• Health insurance.
• Autobiography in Serbian (court translation not required).
• Copy of the apartment rental agreement (must include all family members).
• Copy of the real estate cadastre extract or purchase agreement.
• Copy of the read ID card of the landlord.
• Registration permission from the landlord.
• Court translation of the marriage certificate.
• Statement from the main applicant committing to support the family.
• Copy of bank statement showing sufficient funds (min. 1500 EUR per person).
• State fee payment: 26,740 RSD per person + 449.20 RSD online commission. Please note: state fees may change.

Residence Permit by Education

• Color photograph 3.5×4.5 cm.
• Copy of passport (main page and entry stamp).
• Copy of the white card.
• Health insurance.
• Autobiography in Serbian (court translation not required).
• Copy of the apartment rental agreement (must include all family members).
• Copy of the real estate cadastre extract or purchase agreement.
• Copy of the read ID card of the landlord.
• Copy of the registration permission from the property owner.
• Confirmation of enrollment in school or accredited higher education institution.
• Confirmation of enrollment in language course (if applicable).
• Extract from the APR confirming the institution's educational activities.
• Bank statement of the main applicant showing sufficient funds (from 1,500 EUR per person, if the applicant has their own account it can be taken from that account). There are no strict limits, but the recommended amount is 1,500 EUR per person.
• State fee: 26,740 RSD per person (22,460 main fee paid by card for online submission or offline for offline submission + 2,120 + 1,788 biometric and card issuance fees paid offline before biometrics) + 449.20 RSD online submission commission. Please note: state fees may change.

• Court translation of the child's birth certificate.
• Statement from the main applicant committing to support the child.
• Copy of the main applicant bank statement showing sufficient funds (from 1,500 EUR per person).
• State fee: 26,740 RSD per person (22,460 main fee paid by card for online submission or offline for offline submission + 2,120 + 1,788 biometric and card issuance fees paid offline before biometrics) + 449.20 RSD online submission commission. Please note: state fees may change.

Residence Permit by Employment

• Copy of the decision on company registration (provided by employer).
• Employment contract.
• Decision of the National Employment Service approving the employment.
• Statement from the employer committing to hire you.
• Company bank statement (provided by employer).
• Copy of the apartment rental agreement.
• Copy of the real estate cadastre extract.
• Copy of the read ID card of the landlord.
• Scan of the registration permission from the property owner.

Residence Permit by Unmarried Partnership

• Color photograph 3.5×4.5 cm (1 piece).
• Copy of passport (main page and entry stamp).
• Copy of the white card.
• Health insurance.
• Autobiography in Serbian.
• Copy of the apartment rental agreement.
• Copy of the real estate cadastre extract.
• Copy of the read ID card of the landlord.
• Copy of the registration permission from the property owner.
• Court translation of certificates of no impediment to marriage from both partners.
• Statement from two witnesses confirming cohabitation (notarized).
• Statement from the main applicant committing to support the partner if the partner does not have their own bank account.
• Bank statement showing sufficient funds (at least 1,500 EUR per person).
• State fee: 26,740 RSD per person (22,460 main fee paid by card for online submission or offline for offline submission + 2,120 + 1,788 biometric and card issuance fees paid offline before biometrics) + 449.20 RSD online submission commission. Please note: state fees may change.

Permanent Residence (PMŽ)

• Color photograph 3.5×4.5 cm (2 pieces).
• Copy of passport: main page, page with the last entry stamp to Serbia, and pages with residence permit stickers.
• Copy of health insurance or read health booklet (očitana zdravstvena knjižica).
• Autobiography in Serbian (court translation is not required).
• Court translation of the birth certificate. This requirement may be absent in some cities.
• Diploma with court translation of the main page (grades do not need translation). This requirement may be absent in some cities.
• Copy of the apartment rental agreement (all family members must be listed in it).
• Copy of the real estate cadastre extract, or a copy of the purchase agreement or another official document confirming ownership rights.
• Copy of the read ID card (očitana lična karta) of the property owner.
• Copy of the registration permission from the property owner.
• Bank statement showing sufficient funds. There are no strict limits, but the recommended amount is 1,500 EUR per person.
• If you have a sole proprietorship, provide a copy of the company registration decision, APR extract (izvod iz APR), and company bank statement for the last six months.
• If you own real estate, provide a copy of the purchase agreement, cadastre extract, and tax office certificate confirming property taxes are paid.
• If you are officially employed by a Serbian company, provide a copy of the employment contract. In some cases, an APR company registration extract is required.
• Court translation of the marriage certificate if applying with a spouse.
• Court translation of children birth certificates if applying with children.
• State fee: 24,800 RSD per person. It includes: 16,550 RSD main fee + 420 RSD online payment commission + 7,808 RSD for biometrics and card issuance, paid before biometrics.
